Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
Website refers to any and all website hosted and operated by the Company and/or any of its Affiliate, accessible from https://peregrineship.com.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Your will be interpreted accordingly.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
You confirm that the Personal Data provided to the Company or collected by the Company with your authorization must be authentic, correct, complete, legal and effective, and should be updated in time for any alteration of such information. You should be responsible for relevant liabilities and consequences for providing illegal, inauthentic, incorrect, or incomplete Personal Data and you agree that the Company has the right to stop providing Service to you in such cases.

You represents and warrants that you have complied with all applicable privacy and data protection laws in the collection and provision to the Company and its sub-processors of the customer’s Personal Data in connection with the Services, including you have obtained and will continue to obtain, all consents in connection with the collection and provision of the customer’s Personal Data. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from and against any third party claims arising as a result of your breach of any of the foregoing warranties.

You can access or modify your Personal Data and modify your preferences.
