What does Peregrine Ship cost? Are there monthly fees?
Free plan to start, $49/mo Pro, $79/mo Brand as you scale. You pay only when orders ship: factory price plus shipping plus the per-order rate for your tier. No contracts, no minimums, no storage fees. Walk away any time; we don't hold a balance hostage.
How is this different from a sourcing agent or a marketplace app?
We're not a marketplace listing other people's stock and we're not an agent on WhatsApp. We own the warehouse in Shenzhen. You get a direct WhatsApp line to our ops team from day one regardless of volume. We confirm stock with the factory by phone before accepting your order. Tracking numbers we generate actually move within 24 hours.
Will customers know the package came from China?
Your call. Tracking lives on track.peregrineship.com under your branding. Your customer sees your domain, not a Chinese 3PL. Toggle between full-journey tracking (transparent) and last-mile only (the China leg stays invisible). The label they see is USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, La Poste, DHL, or FedEx, depending on destination.
Do I need to purchase inventory upfront?
No. If you're dropshipping, we hold nothing under your name. We source per order from our factory network with same-day quotes. If you're scaling a brand, ship stock to our warehouse. Storage stays free as long as the SKU keeps moving on normal order flow.
What happens if my order doesn't ship on time?
We commit to sub-24-hour fulfillment after stock is confirmed. If we miss it because of our operation (not a supplier delay you didn't approve), that order's per-order rate is credited back. Plain-English, no clauses.
Is there a real human I can talk to, or is this all chatbots?
Yes. No sales team, no SDRs, no chatbot. A real operator takes the first intro call. Once you're set up, our team is your direct WhatsApp contact. If they can't fix it, an operator escalates same-day.
