Factory Connections tracks every supplier we have ever quoted with quality scores, last-quote dates, and a sourcing-orders dashboard that surfaces every active conversation.
Combined-order and split-order flows on top let ops fix Shopify mistakes (wrong SKU, wrong quantity) without writing custom code or starting a new order from scratch.
