How do you handle returns?
Returns go to our partner US and EU return hubs, not back to Shenzhen. We restock, refurbish, or dispose by your policy. You set the rules per SKU. Refund timing matches your Shopify return flow.
What's your minimum order volume? Is there a MOQ?
No MOQ. No minimum monthly orders. No volume tier games. We've onboarded brands sending 30 orders/month and brands sending 30,000. Both pay the same per-unit fulfillment rate.
Can I store inventory for multiple brands under one account?
Yes. One dashboard, one billing, separate Shopify connections per brand. Inventory is tagged per brand and pack-outs use the right mailers automatically based on the order source.
How fast can I restock from your factory network?
2–3 days from your existing factories, since our warehouse is steps away. New factory sourcing takes 1–2 weeks for a confirmed sample, then production lead time. Most stockouts get resolved before they hit your store.
What if I need a custom product or new variant?
Tell us. We have direct relationships with 30,000+ factories. Samples come back in 2–4 weeks. Production runs scale from 100 units. No sourcing agent in the loop, no per-product fees. Full transparency on factory price.
How do you handle stockouts?
Inventory levels sync to your Shopify store every 5 minutes. When an SKU drops below your threshold, Shopify auto-marks "Out of stock" so nothing oversells. We message your WhatsApp group when stock hits 14 days of cover left, so reorder happens before the shelf goes empty. No surprise stockouts, no phantom inventory.
Are there hidden fees?
No. One per-order fulfillment rate plus the freight line, both visible up front. No storage fee while stock is moving, no inbound or exit fee, no minimum-volume gating, no surprise carrier surcharges marked up. The price on your invoice is the price we quoted.
