How do you handle returns?
Returns go to partner US and EU hubs, not back to China. Restock, refurbish, or dispose by your rules. Refunds follow Shopify.
What's your minimum order volume?
30 orders a month or 30,000, you pay the same rate. No monthly minimums.
Can I store inventory for multiple brands under one account?
Yes. One dashboard, one billing, separate Shopify connections per brand. Each order ships in the right packaging for its brand.
How fast can I restock from your factory network?
2 to 3 days from existing factories next door. New sourcing needs a sample run first. Most restocks clear before customers notice.
What if I need a custom product or new variant?

How do you handle stockouts?
