Three plans: Free ($0/mo), Pro ($49/mo), Brand ($79/mo). All plans charge per order when we ship, plus the factory price of the product itself. Storage in Shenzhen is free on every plan. No setup fees.

Is there a minimum order volume or MOQ?
No MOQ. We've onboarded brands sending 30 orders/month and brands sending 30,000. Both pay the same per-unit fulfillment rate.
How do I top up my balance?
Stripe (instant, all major cards) or bank transfer (1–2 business days, lower fees for larger amounts). Funds sit in your Peregrine balance and draw down as orders ship.
How big is your factory network?
30,000+ verified factories across China. Direct relationships, no agent in the middle. Factory-floor pricing, line-item invoices.
What if I need a custom product or new variant?
Tell us. Samples come back in 2–4 weeks. Production runs scale from 100 units. No sourcing agent in the loop, full transparency on factory price.
How fast can I restock?
2–3 days from your existing factories, since our warehouse sits beside them. New factory sourcing takes 1–2 weeks for a confirmed sample, then production lead time.
How fast do orders ship after the customer checks out?
Average 6.6 hours from order created to dispatched. Sub-24h SLA on every order. Most 3PLs quote 24 to 72 hours.
Where do you ship to?
65+ countries with 3–10 day door-to-door delivery. Local last-mile carriers (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, La Poste, DHL, FedEx) so your customer sees a carrier they trust.
Is the tracking branded?
Yes. Every order lands on our tracking page at track.peregrineship.com with the China dispatch leg stripped from the timeline. Email events fire from your domain with your template.
How does the Shopify integration work?
Install the Peregrine Shopify app, connect in about 2 minutes. Orders auto-import on checkout, inventory syncs back in real time, fulfillment fires automatically.
Can I store inventory for multiple brands under one account?
Yes. One dashboard, one billing, separate Shopify connections per brand. Inventory is tagged per brand and pack-outs use the right mailers automatically.
Do you support platforms other than Shopify?
WooCommerce and custom integrations via API. Talk to us on the discovery call and we will scope it.
How do you handle returns?
Returns go to our partner US and EU return hubs, not back to Shenzhen. We restock, refurbish, or dispose by your policy. You set the rules per SKU.
What's the refund timing?
Matches your Shopify return flow. We notify on receipt, you (or your support team) issue the refund through Shopify.
Do I need a minimum to use custom packaging?
MOQ starts around 500 units per item (roughly 250 for mailer boxes and cards/stickers, 500 for poly mailers and tissue). Branded mailers, tissue paper, thank-you cards, inserts, branded tape, wax-seal stickers, all printed at our partner factory.
Will my customer see anything Chinese on the parcel?
No Chinese carrier names, no origin city, no SF Express stamps. Our tracking page on track.peregrineship.com shows the last-mile leg only, with the Shenzhen dispatch leg stripped from the timeline.
