How does $0 storage actually work?

Free while your SKU is moving. A low monthly rate applies only to dormant stock. Sell at a normal pace and you pay $0 year-round.

What carriers do you use?

Line-haul on YunExpress and Yanwen, last mile on direct USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and La Poste. Routes auto-select per destination.

Can I bring my own carrier?

Yes. With a negotiated DHL or FedEx rate, ship on your own label; Peregrine handles pick and pack only. Add your credentials in the dashboard.

How does the tracking page work?

Shipments land on track.peregrineship.com/PST…, showing only the local carrier. The China leg stays hidden.

Sub-24h dispatch, really?

Standard on every plan for in-stock SKUs. On Pro and Brand it is an SLA with credits on misses. On Free the hit rate sits around 98%.

What about returns?

Returns route to local hubs in the US and EU, other regions case-by-case. Inspect, restock, refund, or replace from the dashboard.

Are there hidden fees beyond the per-order rate?

No. One per-parcel rate covers pick, pack, label, ship, and the branded tracking page. No setup, inbound, or exit fee. Surcharges pass through at cost, never marked up.

What if a parcel is lost or damaged?

Lost in transit: free reship on insured routes. Damaged: the customer messages support from the tracking page, a replacement ships, no return needed. Peregrine eats the loss.
