Fulfillment has always been a black box. You send money to a warehouse twelve thousand kilometres away, an estimate appears on a screen, and weeks later an invoice arrives carrying a different number. This release exists to close that gap, and one rule ran the entire build: if a number is on your screen, it has to be the number you actually pay.

The dashboard now opens with orders, total sales, your Peregrine cost split into COGS plus shipping plus handling, and profit with the margin beside it. Orders carry value, cost and profit on the row itself rather than in a monthly export. Billing is a ledger written in words, where a hold reads as sourcing cost held, set aside to buy the items, not spent yet, with a running balance beside every line.

AI inventory forecasting is live. The platform reads sell-through per SKU across your connected stores, learns the pace each product is moving at, and projects the date it runs out, so a reorder point reaches you while there is still time to raise an inbound rather than after an order cannot be shipped.

The tracking page your customer lands on was rewritten too. You choose between full-mile, which shows both carriers and every customs event for when you are diagnosing a delay, and last-mile, which shows the same parcel as a plain domestic delivery on the local carrier they already trust. Automatic carrier recognition reached 97.8% coverage and agreed with 17Track attribution 99.5% of the time, and an AI layer now matches first-mile and last-mile numbers one to one and predicts the last-mile number as the handover happens.
