Sync your Shopify orders into Peregrine

Pull in existing and back orders from Shopify so they get fulfilled.

By Peregrine Ship Updated Jun 23, 2026

Sync Shopify Orders pulls your Shopify orders into Peregrine so they can be fulfilled. Use it right after you connect a store to bring in orders that were already placed, or any time an order does not show up in Peregrine on its own.

Watch the sync, then follow the steps below.

Sync your orders

  1. Open your dashboard and go to Stores
  2. Find your store and click Edit
  3. Click Sync Shopify Orders

Common questions

Will it duplicate orders I already have?

No. A sync brings in orders that are not already in Peregrine. Orders already imported are left as they are.

Which orders get pulled in?

Unfulfilled Shopify orders. Orders you already fulfilled outside Peregrine are not pulled in for fulfillment.

Do I have to sync every time?

No. Once the store is connected, new orders import on their own. Sync is for the first import, for back orders placed before you connected, and for catching anything that did not come through.
