How to top up your Peregrine balance
Stripe or bank transfer via Wise.
Peregrine uses a prepaid balance. Two ways to add funds. Pick whichever fits your speed and fee preferences.
Step 1: Open the top-up screen
- Open your dashboard at platform.peregrineship.com
- Click Balance in the navigation
- Click Add Balance
- Choose a payment method

Step 2: Bank transfer (Wise recommended)
Wise gives the best exchange rates for international bank transfers.
Send your transfer to wise.com/pay/business/peregrinegrouplimited.
- Send the transfer through Wise
- Take a screenshot of the transfer confirmation
- Send the screenshot to us on WhatsApp
- Balance is added to your account within a few hours after we confirm receipt
Step 3: Stripe (instant)
- Click "Stripe (Credit / Debit Card)" on the top-up screen
- Enter the amount you want to add
- Enter your card details (or use a saved card)
- Click Pay
Balance is available immediately after the charge succeeds.
Track your balance and history
- Open your dashboard and navigate to Billing
- View the complete history of top-ups, deductions, and balance movements
Refunds and balance withdrawals
Yes, unused balance can be refunded. The refund returns to the original payment method (Stripe to your card, bank transfer back to bank account). Contact support on WhatsApp or by email to request a refund.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know my top-up was received?
Stripe top-ups credit instantly. Bank transfers credit within a few hours after we confirm receipt of the screenshot you send us on WhatsApp.
Can I set up recurring top-ups?
Not automatically yet. You manually top up via Stripe or bank transfer. Most clients top up monthly with a target balance buffer.
What happens if I top up the wrong amount?
Contact us on WhatsApp. We can refund or hold the excess on your balance for future orders.
Are there minimum or maximum top-up amounts?
Stripe minimum: $20. No maximum on Stripe but very large top-ups (over $5,000) are smoother via bank transfer to avoid card limits.
Do you accept PayPal?
Not at this time. Stripe and bank transfer only.
Will I get an invoice for my top-up?
Yes. Invoices are generated automatically and available in the Billing section of your dashboard.
