What we can make, the 500 minimum, and how it is billed.
What you get by default
Every order ships in fully neutral packaging. No Peregrine branding, no logo, nothing identifying who fulfilled it, and no invoices or paperwork of ours inside the box.
If you do nothing at all, your customer receives an unbranded parcel. That is the baseline, and for a lot of merchants it is enough.
What custom packaging changes
Your own packaging, made once and then used on every order automatically. You do not re-order it per shipment and you do not have to do anything at fulfilment time.
You decide the design. We source it, store it, and use it.
The minimum
500 pieces.
That is the production minimum, and it is the number that decides whether this is a now decision or a later one. It is a real commitment on an unproven product, which is why most merchants do it once a product is selling rather than at launch.
How it works
- Tell us what you want. What the item is, roughly what you have in mind, and your artwork or brand assets.
- We quote it. Separately from your product, as its own line.
- You approve and pay. It is invoiced on its own, not folded into an order.
- We source and store it.
- It is used on every order from then on, without you doing anything.
The packaging is made at a partner factory beside the warehouse, so it does not have to travel before it reaches your stock.
Watch your packaging stock
Packaging is stock, and stock runs out. It appears on the Inventory screen alongside your products, and your inventory alerts cover custom packaging stock as well as products.
Worth watching, because running out of boxes is a different problem from running out of product: your product is still sellable, and you have to decide what happens next. Reorder before you get near the end.

Do I need custom packaging to start? No. Neutral is the default. Is 500 per item or across everything? Send us the full list of pieces you want made and we will confirm the minimum on each when we quote it. What artwork do you need? Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing. How long does it take to make? Ask when you request the quote. Can I change the design later? Yes, as a new run. What happens to unused packaging if I stop selling the product?
