What if my store is not on Shopify
Shopify is the integration. Here is what you can still do.
The direct answer
Shopify is the platform we integrate with. Connect a Shopify store and orders import on their own, with tracking pushed back automatically.
There is no integration for any other platform. Not WooCommerce, not BigCommerce, not Wix, Squarespace, Etsy or Amazon. We would rather say that plainly than have you move your business across and find out.
You can still work with us. Create the order in the app yourself and we source, pack and ship it exactly like a synced one.
How that works in practice
Everything except the order arriving is identical. Sourcing, pricing, quality control, warehousing, neutral packaging and worldwide shipping do not depend on your store platform at all.
The only difference is that you enter the order instead of Shopify sending it:
- Open Orders.
- Press Add order.
- Choose the product and quantity, and enter the delivery address.
- Submit.
It then moves through the same pipeline, is funded from the same balance, and gets a tracking code the same way. Full detail in Add an order manually.
Copy the tracking code back into your own store when the parcel ships, so your customer gets their notification from you.
Whether that suits you
It works well at low to moderate volume, for made-to-order or higher-value products, and while you are testing whether we are a good fit before committing to a platform move.
It gets heavy once you are doing meaningful daily volume, because every order is typed by hand and every tracking code is copied back. That is real work and it grows with your sales.
If you are at that point, the honest options are to move the store to Shopify, or to run Shopify alongside what you have. Plenty of merchants keep their existing site and add a Shopify storefront for the products they fulfil through us.
