Find one order fast
Get to the right order in seconds.
The fastest route
Press / anywhere in the app to jump into the search bar at the top, then paste what you have.
It searches orders, products and stores together. Any of these work:
- Our order number, beginning PS
- Your store's order number
- The customer's name
- The product name
- The tracking code, beginning PST
If a customer emails you a question, paste whatever they gave you. Their order number or their name will find it.
When search is not enough
Open Orders and narrow it down.
- Widen the date range first. It defaults to the last 30 days, and an older order simply will not be in the list. This is the most common reason an order looks missing when it is not.
- Clear the Store filter. A filter left on one store hides everything else.
- Use the status tabs if you know roughly where it is, for example everything in Abnormal.
- Sort by date to bring the newest or oldest to the top.
Finding a group rather than one
The filters stack, so you can answer a real question in three clicks instead of a spreadsheet:
- Everything Abnormal this month
- Everything shipped to one country
- Everything from one store in a date range
Then use Columns to strip the table down to what you are actually looking at.
Still not there
It is genuinely missing rather than hidden. See Orders are not reaching Peregrine.
