Where we ship, and the places we cannot

The short version
We ship to 65+ countries. Three places need care, and it is much cheaper to know now than after a customer has paid.

Turkey
No line available. Not slow, not expensive: not available.
Canary Islands
No line, even though mainland Spain is served normally. The Canaries also sit outside the EU VAT area, so they behave differently in other ways too.
If you sell to Spain, your store will happily accept a Canaries address. Exclude it.
Northern Ireland
A genuine exception rather than a no. Since Brexit the normal UK channel cannot serve it, and it goes on a separate channel that costs considerably more. A single bulky order there has run well over a hundred dollars.
So: possible, but quoted on its own. Ask us before you accept a bulky Northern Ireland order, and do not assume your UK rate applies.
Exclude what you cannot serve
Set your store's shipping zones to match what we can actually deliver. It takes a few minutes in Shopify and it prevents the worst version of this problem, which is a paid order you cannot fulfil and a customer who has to be refunded and disappointed.
Cheaper to prevent the order than to fix it afterwards.
Check a country before you commit
Use the Shipping Calculator. Pick the destination and the weight and you get every line we can quote, with cost and transit days.
Two things to check while you are there:
- Available services vary by country. Some have Economy, Standard and Express. Others have fewer. Do not assume three everywhere.
- Transit varies more than people expect. Our main lanes run 3 to 10 days. Some destinations run longer, and if you are building a delivery promise for a specific market, check that market rather than quoting the general range.

Do you ship to the US, UK and EU? Yes, and they are our main lanes. Can I ship to a country not on the list? Ask. If there is no line, we will tell you plainly. Why can you serve Spain but not the Canaries? They are a separate destination for carriers, and no line reaches them. Can I ship to Northern Ireland? Yes, on a separate channel. Get it quoted first. What if an order comes in for somewhere you cannot serve? It will go Abnormal. See An order says Abnormal. Do these change? Yes. If a lane opens or closes we will say so.
