Who Peregrine is, and the documents we can send you
Who we are, and the paperwork we can send on request.
The company
Peregrine Group Limited. Registered in Hong Kong and in mainland China.
We will send the business registration certificate on request. Company background is at peregrineship.com/about.
Nobody should have to take a supplier on faith. If you are about to put money on a balance with a company you found online, asking who we are is the correct instinct, and the answer should take a minute rather than a fortnight.
The warehouse
Our facility is in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is our own operation, not a desk inside somebody else's building.
A live video tour is available on request. If you want to see the shelves your stock will sit on before you ship it, ask and we will walk you through it on a call. This is the fastest way to settle the question, and it is a standing offer rather than something reserved for large accounts.
The full address and warehouse contact details are shown in the app once you are set up, and support will send them if you cannot find them.
Documents we can send
Ask support for any of these.
| Document | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Business registration certificate | Proving the entity exists |
| Service agreement | The written contract, terms on both sides |
| Proof of inventory | Confirming what we hold for you, for a bank or an investor |
| Product certificates | Compliance paperwork where a factory issues it |
| QC photographs | Evidence of what was checked, on request or on a schedule |
| Inbound receipt records | What arrived, counted and photographed |
The contract
A formal service agreement is available, with terms documented in writing on both sides. Ask for it before you commit volume, not after.
No minimum contract period. Cancel at any time. There is no notice period to serve and no exit penalty.
To remove your inventory: tell us where to send it. You pay transport and a pallet handling fee. No penalties, no minimum stay.
We state the exit terms up front deliberately. A supplier who is vague about leaving is telling you something, and we would rather you knew the answer on day one.
What we cover if something goes wrong
Written in full in Lost, damaged, or the wrong item. In short:
- Stock we hold and damage: full item value
- Stock we hold and lose: full item value
- Wrong item shipped: refund for that item, plus the correct one reshipped at no extra shipping cost
- Damage from your own supplier: flagged to you with photographs on arrival
How your stock is handled
- Every inbound item is checked and photographed on arrival
- Stock is tracked at SKU and variant level, with photographs
- Levels sync with Shopify, so your store reflects what is actually in the warehouse
- Orders are processed individually, not batched
- Damage arriving from your factory is flagged to you rather than absorbed quietly
One thing we do not do
We do not run a returns service. Handling customer return inquiries is your responsibility, not ours.
That is stated plainly here rather than buried, because it changes how you write your own returns policy. What we do cover is our own errors: wrong item, damage in transit, loss. A customer changing their mind is a different situation, and shipping goods back to China is rarely economic on a low-value item.
Decide what you can actually honour before you publish a returns policy on your store.
